What We Do
The program is for adults who need daily help with personal care, but want to live in a family setting rather than in a nursing home or other facility.what are the costs?
If you are eligible, Mass health will pay all the cost for Caregiver care services, and provider’s administration costs. Caregivers receive a tax-free stipend of up to $15,000 for level 2.
Mass health does not pay for room and board. If you are living in your caregiver’s home, your host family may charge you a monthly fee (rent) for room and board. You and your caregiver decide on the amount you will pay for room and board. You will have a private or semi-private bedroom.Medicare does not pay for this program.

home nurses are medically trained to provide clinical care to convalescing patients.Trained Caregivers
Convalescing patients need all the care they can get post-hospitalization. All caregivers are verified.Transport Services
