Adult Family Care (AFC) Program
Our AFC program offers a supportive living environment for individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Whether due to a medical condition or a psychiatric diagnosis, our program provides a safe, stable, and caring environment, ensuring the highest standards of care while promoting independence and dignity.

Personal Care Assistance
Our full-time in-home caregivers are dedicated to helping individuals with personal care needs, such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. We provide tailored support to each individual to promote comfort and dignity while maintaining their independence.

Medication & Treatment Reminders
In accordance with CARF and AFC standards, we offer medication reminders and treatment tracking to help clients adhere to prescribed health regimens. Our team of caregivers and nurses ensures that medication schedules are followed, and necessary treatments are carried out.

Health & Medical Services
We ensure that our clients receive appropriate medical care and services as needed. Our registered nurses and caregivers work closely with healthcare providers to monitor health conditions, provide prompt medical attention, and ensure continuous care in line with MassHealth regulations.

Meal Preparation & Nutritional Support
Our trained caregivers prepare nutritious meals and snacks for our clients, ensuring that all dietary needs are met. We also provide emergency care by ensuring food is available and prepared in a timely manner, promoting both health and convenience for those we serve.

Home Assistance
Our caregivers provide a range of home support services, including laundry, shopping, and errands, to make life easier for our clients. We take pride in offering assistance that allows individuals to live comfortably and maintain their homes with minimal effort.
